Tony Moly Backstage Gel Eyeliner in Black :REVIEW

Horay! new eyeliner, and a new post. After my Make Up Forever Waterproof Eyeliner is running out, and its dry too *sob*, i decided to buy a new eyeliner. at least i'm ready to put it on when i needed to. Aaand the eyeliner is Tony Moly's Backstage Gel Eyeliner in Black!
i bought the black one, i take this pic under a yellow lamp, so it looks kinda brown here :)
To be honest, this is the first time i purchased a gel-type eyeliner. I always used liquid before. But starting to hate it 'cause it was easily smudged in my upper lid whenever i accidently opened my eyes before it went dry. that's how the things going if you have mono lids (or hooded lids), like me.

The texture is solid creamy-gel. The color is actually build-able, from blackest black, to grey-ish black, although it is buildable, I still recommend you to use black eyeshadow rather than this. Cause it looks fake for gradation purposes.

with water on top only
Waterproof? Let see if its really is..
If you pour a lot of water on it, it doesn't fade, but if you RUB it with water on top of it, well, the eyeliner will dissolve. In this picture, I rubbed it for about 20 times (haha I exceed the normal number of rubbing eyes, just to know how proof this eyeliner is) and it falls off.. But I'm still with it, who's gonna rub their eyes 20 times anyway? So we can imagine, if we cry and drop a lot of tears, it won't fade, but if we cry and WIPE the tears off our face continuously, I can't guarantee that the eyeliner still sits there..
with water on top, and then rubbed 20x
smudged hardly 30x

Is it smudgeproof? Yes, and I think this is the pro of this eyeliner, the picture above says I rubbed it without water 30 times, really hard, and still have the black-on. I have this bad habit of rubbing my eyes even if there's nothing on my eye, so i think i could use this whenever i'm aware enough.

The brush! OMG, the brush is a piece of yummy pie, lol. I mean, the brush is sooo soft and light, fits my hand, making me a lot easier while applying an eyeliner. Moreover, if I listen to greyson chance's paparazzi, hahaha *fangirl spotted*
The eyeliner it self is very smooth upon appliance, and glides on. Plus, the heavenly brush.. Equals incredible ease.

Oh yeah, the lasting power is great too. Remember my post about that ceremonial day and the EOTD? Yeah, I used this eyeliner. And the ceremony is about 6 hours. Without tears, and a bit of rubbing my eyes, I still come back with dense eyeliner on my eye!
Overall, i'm still loving it, because it is easy to apply. i find it easier when i use gel-type now.. NEW FOUND INTEREST~

+ Superb lasting (6 hours, or maybe more if you don't sweat or tears a lot)
+ a bit pricey, but worth it
+ very easy to apply
+ faint waterproof
+ impressive smudge proof

Tell me your thoughts, do you want to buy it? :) thanks for commenting!

Lohashill Rose Girl BB Cream: REVIEW

This is my first time purchasing this brand, Lohashill. i'm pretty frugal, so that's why i always purchase the sample first, before the full bottle. This time, i didn't regret to buy a sample size. Why?

Because, this bb cream doesn't match my skin, i'm NC 25-20, and it looked ashy upon appliance, even after a few hours. Big No. Even in real life, i looked like i wore a mask. You could imagine what i looked like in flash photographs, right?

People with very fair skin should fit this bb cream's shade. like NC-15 or so..

Oh, i find it really well-balanced, has good moist, so i think this is good for dry skin. too bad i still can't use this because of the shade. i guess this bb cream is more like a 'medicine' and 'make-up' at the same time, seeing from the description, my thought is proven a bit..

BB Cream (also known as Blemish Balm) is the much raved product that everybody is talking about in Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and the whole world!!! BB Cream was first used as an after treatment care product to cover the redness for people who underwent laser surgery. It contains healing properties that helps to conceal and protect the healing skin yet at the same time encourages skin regeneration!
The excellent result achieved was talked about and soon enough, Korean actresses started using BB Cream in their daily makeup routine to help achieve that natural flawless look! Use BB Cream to replace your make-up base/primer, concealer and even foundation! It's not only a foundation - it's a foundation with healing properties!
Lohashill BB Cream makes a clean and natural skin tone by being absorbed into your skin with a soft feel of use. This enables speedy makeup because of not needing to apply makeup base or foundation. Ingredients such as bisaborol, licorice root acid derivatives, allantoin helps in soothing your skin and ingredients such as jojoba oil, macadamianut oil, hyaluronic acid derivatives, vegetable collagen, etc. keep your skin wet and smooth.
See?
really glowy isn't?

And the scent are just... disturbing i guess, It smells like a PVA glue, that are often used in my favorite tv show.. Art Attack. Feels like i wore PVA glue all over my face, not the texture, but the scent.

About the texture, it is lotion like. very easy to blend. And has a dewy finish (i liked it actually), and it covers perfectly, it doesn't hide my medium-sized pimple, well, it dissolves a bit. but covers my pores, scars, and dark circle pretty good.
SPF is 35 pa+, better than my former bb creams which has 20-25 SPF only.

Summary:
+ Pretty nice Oil control, So does the Moisture.
+ It does soothe my skin, and making it a little supple.
+ Has SPF 35, pa+
+ Has a lot of Grey undertone, maybe that's why it doesn't fit my shade well?
+ Icky scent..
+ Easy to blend
+ Heavenly texture, it is like a lotion.
+ Dewy finish

Re-purchase the full version? Nope. if the shade is perfect for me, i would buy the full version, since it doesn't, then.. let me just finish the sample size for a treatment purpose in my house, and then made it an experience

Eyes Of the Day: The Ulzzang Look, in the middle of Ceremony :D

After changing my clothes. Heck! wearing Kebaya means wearing long-torso or bustier. And its hurts as HELL!

Oh God, so glad i have this chance to publish another blog post. Actually I've written about 3 drafts last week. And still unpublished yet, the reason is, i haven't take the picture of it. My brother borrowed my canon camera, and he isn't coming home yet. Its been a week..

Oh yeah, anyway this is my Eyes of the day..
the picture takes after the 12th grades graduation ceremony, i'm there being the 'assistant'? (i don't know the exact word, but assisting is what i do in there) for giving the diploma on stage. So basically, i'm just there, standing on the stage with my partner (has to be one of the boys), and the narrator's calling the student's name one by one to step onto the stage to get the diploma, and there is my job, giving it to them, through the principals first of course    It was my school's tradition, 'hiring' a help from subordinate students to be the 'assistant'.

from L-R, Alif, Aryo, Andra. i try to find Andi's photo, but this is the best i could find:
Oh, there he is. in the very front. There's Andi, besides my teacher Mr. Wiji.  Oh, there's also Syabilla. isn't she pretty? :)
Is not really annoying (thought it sounds like one), its the exact opposite of it. It was really fun! and i wasn't the only one that helping the ceremonial run, there's also my friends, Glennys, Mitha, and Helen. They are all amazingly beautiful, and we're on the same job.. assisting, i'm not surprised if they are being chosen. I'm surprised of my own self, why would i even be chosen? i was all average.. really i swear..
And there was also the boys, my oh my, they are all school's most dashing subordinates, hahah LOL. There was, Alif, Andi, Aryo and Andra.

The ceremony needs us (and the students whom are graduating), to dress up neatly, well, duh its a really important day to remember  So, we, and all the girls in the venue, are wearing Kebaya. The boys, wearing black tuxedo, or suit, whatever haha. And people are amazingly appear more and more dashing than in average everyday!
L-R: Glennys,Mitha,Helen, Me. What's up with my peace sign anyway -_____-

Most of my friends here has mono-lid, so, people who assume double eyelid is the best, could go wrong now :)

Speaking of Kebaya, as you can see, in the photo above, i do my make up inspired by an ulzzang.. Firstly, i thought it would be inappropriate, because averagely people do their makeup with traditional make up style to match up their Kebaya. And what was i'm doing exactly don't have a relation to Kebaya at all. LOL
But, that's where my skill is at. I'm pretty skilled for applying eyeliners, but not eye-shadows. :D

So for the eyes i used:

+ Tony Moly Backstage Gel Eyeliner
+ Mac OMBRE A PAUPIERES Eyeshadow
+ Etude House's 66 Big Eye line Charm
+ Holika Holika Jewel-Light Waterproof Eyeliner (Pencil type)
+ Geo Softlens Tearful Brown
+ Shizens Eye Charm Lash Extender (This by most, surprises me!)

As for face and lip, i use:

+ Etude House's Shini Star BB Cream
+ Etude House's Nymph Aura Jelly Tint #2
+ Shizens Lip Tattoo

Extra:
+ Shizens Rose Hydrating Mist

Honestly, as the ceremony runs, i filled the moment with flutter, solicitude, fear, and everything negative. I know its bad, and i've told that to my self. Its just, a thousands
of pairs of eyes are all on me. If i fell from my heels, or anything bad happens, i can't imagine how things turns out. Moreover, i always felt insecure, My friends are all better than me, and i was like "Oh i hope i'm not being rubbish" haha..

Oh, i should go study now, but i don't feel like it.. You asking what am i? i'm still human, only lazier
This is pretty much my party look. If i have time later, i would gladly make a tutorial
Thanks for reading, i hope its interesting!

Woo~ Baby Lip Plumper Etude House: REVIEW

Lorem! Hehe, kinda fancy to greet y'all with latin languange, hehe silly me.. Anyway, today's post is another Etude, I hope I'd didn't bore you guys :) Because i can't help it aaa

So yeah, Woo~ Baby Lip Plumper (let's say.. WBLP) come out with 2 colors, 2 different gloss type. I bought both, but unfortunately, the pink ones, is lost! its the pink one that has been my favorite with those pretty shimmers, and its lost! aaaaaah!

So what I have left is the mint type. With blue liquid, but it was transparent when you put it on, not literally 'blue'. I don't mind if its really blue anyway haha. Yes it has that mint sensation when applied. Smells like mint too, but its subtle scented.

Oh yeah, caution! Its really really glossy, well.. Its buildable, either you want it subtle, or extra glossy. With a spatula-like silicone applier it is soo much easier.

Uh haven't I mentioned yet about my WBLP is now leaked? Yes, its true, I dunno what's really happening, but I found it (after a long time) with this condition. Sad to say, I can't stop the leak out of it, and its draining from time to time, its like.. 2mm/day!

Dude.. I'm not joking, this is like.. wasting 1 buck per-day!
LOL, random calculation, but whatever.. Who counts it anyway?

Ok, back.. WBLP is pretty impressive. Gives me gloss, but didn't give me chapped lips. Means, that, it is moist rich. Many of those unbranded Lip glosses that i often found in random cosmetic outlets, made my lips chapped. and that's unpretty.
Does it really makes your lips plump? I'm not sure, but take a look at this!
am i plumped now? LOL jk

But sometimes I don't really like how it comes out if its really really glossy, it might look like I was drolling.. Well I know i was just being an over the top..

The lasting power is pretty good, Last time I wore it for a wedding party, for about 2,5 hours (note: i didn't ate a meal at all in there, only a drink), still come back home with glossy lips. But please note, I also uses The Skinfood's Juicy Lip Tint while wearing it. but I think its just a minor addition.

I bought this on Singapore a long time ago, like 2010 or so. And i think its still available.
Its also still available in Indonesia Photobucket

So the overall is:
+ I'm giving 2 thumbs for not making my lips chapped
+ The lasting power is pretty good, for 2,5 hours. have to apply again after that.
+ Great for people who wants really glossy glossy lips
+ Not sticky at all! well, still depends, if you apply lightly, then it won't be as heavy.
+ Easy appliance
+ So fresh and minty, but not stingy. love love it!

Thank you for reading!
Oh, please remember: 40 first followers automatically followed back! just be patient until i log-in and followed you back..
but there are some of you that i couldn't follow back, because when i click your name on the Google Friend connect, it doesn't shows your blog links. I'm sorry but i purely didn't know why Photobucket

Oh well, anyway.. enjoy!

Precious Mineral BB Cream Etude House #1 Sheer silky skin: REVIEW

HELLO! I've just finished unpacking loads of old cosmetics from my old cosmetic bag that has lost for about 3 months.. and now i met that bag again! and to redeem that longing for 3 months, i'll write a review about one of those many cosmetics..

the background for this picture is my barbie fairytopia's outfit. hehe.

First shot, its Etude's Precious Mineral BB Cream; Sheer silky skin (people said it was for oily-combination skin). Its is quite matte though, if you want dewy result, you should try the other one (Sheer Glowing skin). Etude's Precious Mineral BB Cream; Sheer silky skin has a lighter shade than Sheer Glowing skin. The shopkeeper says so

The coverage is better than Shini Star's BB Lotion, and slightly more 'grey' than it. I could guess, because it contains more SPF compared to Shini Star's BB Lotion. where it has SPF 30/PA++
The undertone is still yellow. So it matches my skin pretty well too..

Kinda easy to blend, not as easy and runny as Shini Star's BB Lotion, but its practically still better at covering.

I sounded like i compared these both products.. haha but still, this post is about Precious Mineral. This is just to help you guys see thru this product

Anyway, the Overall is:
+ Great Coverage, almost all my small pimples are fading, but leaves a bit of grey cast. which look unnatural, but becomes more natural after a few minutes.
+ Really Great Oil Control, and doesn't make my skin dry. 5-6 Hours without blotting, Yeaa~
+ Break outs? Nope, not so far.. untill now.
+ SPF 30 / PA++
+ Kinda easy to blend.. but i think #2 Sheer Glowing skin is a lot easier to apply & blend.
+ A bit Pricey for the big size, that's why i bought the mini size on Kaskus.
+ Kinda making me a bit 'white' even after a few minutes and so.. not recommended for flash photographs,   i've recently checking up my newly uploaded pictures in facebook, and it doesn't look good. doesn't look delicious.. at least to me :(
+ Smells EXTRA great!

I'm planning to buy the Sheer Glowing skin one, cuz i think the shade is better.. yes i know the sheer glowing one is for dry skin, but.. whatever ahhahaah

Shini Star Clear Pact PEACH :REVIEW

Hello again, after a week or more, here i start posting again. after taking care of something on 9th May, now i'm back. Its about Shini star clear pact: peach!

yep, i bought the peach one. I'm not going to buy the lavender from the beginning, I thought that i might look somewhat pink..  i know it wouldn't, i read the reviews, but i just put my heart on the peach one.

The plus is, it does well on my cheek, which is the most smooth and supple area on my face, other than that is just ordinary. making me look like wearing a highlighter instead. Maybe because of its shimmer? i see it does shimmer a bit, and its pretty. Also, it smooth out my skin.

Preview of Shini Star's Clear pact peach. doesn't look really visible, but it does shimmers a bit. and sorry for  the  crappy face i made. just wake up..
i put this on, yesterday, i was having a task from school, and i had to go to seaworld (recreation place where there's a lot of sea creature). at first, its kinda look bad on my forehead, my pores and small pimples are all seems emphasized. and i have to remind myself not to use this on my nose; on the area next to nostril where pores are usually appears. because it will look a bit cakey and doesn't look great on me.

Well, the scent are great like all etude house's products. and it look cute too! but i still cant use it too often, or i might break out. yes, break out. too bad..

I've planned to sold this on kaskus or wherever, haha. knowing that it doesn't fit me well. Oh well, so long then..

Overall, 3 stars out of 5. i loooove the shimmer on my cheek, but why does it emphasize my pores? and i can't use it often too. i'm too afraid of break outs.
